산지관리법 제17조(산지전용허가 등의 기간)

① 제14조에 따른 산지전용허가 또는 제15조에 따른 산지전용신고에 의하여 대상 시설물을 설치하는 기간 등 산지전용기간은 다음 각 호와 같다. 다만, 산지전용허가를 받거나 산지전용신고를 하려는 자가 산지 소유자가 아닌 경우의 산지전용기간은 그 산지를 사용ㆍ수익할 수 있는 기간을 초과할 수 없다. <개정 2012.2.22, 2013.3.23>

② 제14조에 따른 산지전용허가를 받거나 제15조에 따른 산지전용신고를 한 자가 제1항에 따른 산지전용기간 이내에 전용하려는 목적사업을 완료하지 못하여 그 기간을 연장할 필요가 있으면 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 산림청장등으로부터 산지전용기간의 연장 허가를 받거나 산림청장 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 산지전용기간의 변경신고를 하여야 한다. <개정 2012.2.22>

③ 산림청장 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제2항에 따른 변경신고를 받은 날부터 5일 이내에 신고수리 여부를 신고인에게 통지하여야 한다. <신설 2019.12.3>

④ 산림청장 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장이 제3항에서 정한 기간 내에 신고수리 여부 또는 민원 처리 관련 법령에 따른 처리기간의 연장을 신고인에게 통지하지 아니하면 그 기간(민원 처리 관련 법령에 따라 처리기간이 연장 또는 재연장된 경우에는 해당 처리기간을 말한다)이 끝난 날의 다음 날에 신고를 수리한 것으로 본다. <신설 2019.12.3>
