산업표준화법 제15조(제품의 인증)

① 산업통상부장관이 필요하다고 인정하여 심의회의 심의를 거쳐 지정한 광공업품을 제조하는 자는 공장 또는 사업장마다 산업통상부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 인증기관으로부터 그 제품의 인증을 받을 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

② 제1항에 따라 제품의 인증을 받은 자는 그 제품ㆍ포장ㆍ용기ㆍ납품서 또는 보증서에 산업통상부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 제품이 한국산업표준에 적합한 것임을 나타내는 표시(이하 이 조에서 "제품인증표시"라 한다)를 하거나 이를 홍보할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

③ 제1항에 따른 인증을 받은 자가 아니면 제품ㆍ포장ㆍ용기ㆍ납품서ㆍ보증서 또는 홍보물에 제품인증표시를 하거나 이와 유사한 표시를 하여서는 아니 된다.

④ 제3항을 위반하여 제품인증표시를 하거나 이와 유사한 표시를 한 제품을 그 사실을 알고 판매ㆍ수입하거나 판매를 위하여 진열ㆍ보관 또는 운반하여서는 아니 된다.
