Enforcement Decree of the Occupational Safety and Health Act, Article 80 (Grounds for Revoking the Designation of Safety Inspection Institutions)
법 제96조제5항에 따라 준용되는 법 제21조제4항제5호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 사유에 해당하는 경우"란 다음 각 호의 경우를 말한다.
The term "where any other ground prescribed by Presidential Decree exists" in Article 21 (4) 5 of the Act, as applied mutatis mutandis under Article 96 (5) of the Act, means any of the following cases:
1. 안전검사 관련 서류를 거짓으로 작성한 경우
1. Where it has falsely prepared documents related to safety inspections;
2. 정당한 사유 없이 안전검사 업무를 거부한 경우
2. Where it has refused safety inspection work without good cause;
3. 안전검사 업무를 게을리하거나 업무에 차질을 일으킨 경우
3. Where it has neglected or disrupted safety inspection work;
4. 안전검사ㆍ확인의 방법 및 절차를 위반한 경우
4. Where it has violated the methods and procedures for safety inspection and checking;
5. 법에 따른 관계 공무원의 지도ㆍ감독을 거부ㆍ방해 또는 기피한 경우
5. Where it has refused, obstructed, or evaded guidance and supervision by the relevant public officials under the Act.
