산업안전보건법 시행령 제65조(노사협의체의 운영 등)

① 노사협의체의 회의는 정기회의와 임시회의로 구분하여 개최하되, 정기회의는 2개월마다 노사협의체의 위원장이 소집하며, 임시회의는 위원장이 필요하다고 인정할 때에 소집한다.

② 노사협의체 위원장의 선출, 노사협의체의 회의, 노사협의체에서 의결되지 않은 사항에 대한 처리방법 및 회의 결과 등의 공지에 관하여는 각각 제36조, 제37조제2항부터 제4항까지, 제38조 및 제39조를 준용한다. 이 경우 "산업안전보건위원회"는 "노사협의체"로 본다.
