산업발전법 제24조(기업구조개선 기관전용 사모집합투자기구에 대한 출자)

① 「국가재정법」에 따른 기금으로서 대통령령으로 정하는 기금을 관리하는 자는 대통령령으로 정하는 비율 이내의 자금을 해당 기금운용계획에 따라 기업구조개선 기관전용 사모집합투자기구에 출자할 수 있다. <개정 2015.7.24, 2021.4.20>
