산업기술혁신 촉진법 시행령 제48조(전문인력의 확보 등)

① 기술진흥원ㆍ기획평가원ㆍ세라믹기술원 및 시험원의 원장은 기술진흥원ㆍ기획평가원ㆍ세라믹기술원 및 시험원의 사업 등에 필요한 전문인력을 확보하기 위하여 대학의 장과 협약을 체결하여 해당 대학에서 기술 분야의 학위과정을 이수하고 있는 사람을 기술진흥원ㆍ기획평가원ㆍ세라믹기술원 및 시험원이 수행하는 해당 분야의 사업에 참여하도록 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2024.4.30>
