산업기술혁신 촉진법 시행령 제44조의5(기금의 회계연도 등)

① 기금의 회계연도는 정부의 회계연도에 따른다.

② 기술진흥원은 기금의 관리 및 운용을 명확히 하기 위하여 기금을 다른 회계와 구분하여 회계처리하여야 한다.

(2) The^ð더 Technology텍날러지 Promotion프^r러모우션 Agency에이전시 shall섈 account어카운트 for^f포 the^ð더 Fund^f펀드 separately세퍼^r러틀리 from^f프^r럼 other어^ð더 accounts어카운츠 in인 order오더 to투 clarify클레^r러^f파이 the^ð더 management매너지먼트 and앤드 operation아퍼^r레이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 Fund.^f펀드
