①정부는 산업기술의 보호에 관한 국제협력을 촉진하기 위하여 관련 산업보안기술 및 전문인력의 국제교류, 산업보안기술의 국제표준화 및 국제공동연구개발 등에 관하여 필요한 국제협력사업을 추진할 수 있다.
