산업기술의 유출방지 및 보호에 관한 법률 제14조의3(산업기술 해당 여부 확인)

① 대상기관은 보유하고 있는 기술이 산업기술에 해당하는지에 대하여 산업통상부장관에게 확인을 신청할 수 있다. <개정 2025.10.1>

② 대상기관이 보유하고 있는 기술이 제2조제1호나목부터 차목까지의 기술에 해당하는 것으로서 그 기술을 지정ㆍ고시ㆍ공고ㆍ인증한 행정기관의 장에게 확인받은 경우에는 제1항에 따른 산업기술 확인을 받은 것으로 간주한다. <신설 2025.1.21, 2025.12.2>
