산림조합법 제7조(공직선거 관여 금지)

① 조합 및 제86조의3에 따른 조합공동사업법인(이하 "조합등"이라 한다)과 중앙회는 공직선거에서 특정정당을 지지하거나 특정인을 당선되게 하거나 당선되지 아니하도록 하는 행위를 하여서는 아니 된다.

② 누구든지 조합등과 중앙회를 이용하여 제1항에 따른 행위를 하여서는 아니 된다.
