산림조합법 제59조(출자감소에 대한 채권자의 이의)

① 채권자가 제58조제2항에 따른 기일 내에 조합의 출자감소에 관한 의결에 대하여 이의를 진술하지 아니하면 이를 승인한 것으로 본다.
