산림조합법 제45조(직원의 임면 등)

① 조합의 직원은 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 조합장이 임면한다. 다만, 상임이사를 두는 조합의 경우에는 상임이사의 제청으로 조합장이 임면한다.

② 조합에는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 간부직원을 두어야 하며, 간부직원은 회장이 실시하는 전형시험에 합격한 사람 중에서 회장이 배치하는 사람을 조합장이 이사회의 의결을 얻어 임면한다.

③ 간부직원은 총회 및 이사회에 참석하여 의견을 진술할 수 있다.

④ 간부직원에 관하여는 「상법」 제11조제1항ㆍ제3항, 제12조, 제13조 및 제17조와 「상업등기법」 제23조제1항, 제50조 및 제51조를 준용한다. <개정 2014.5.20>
