산림조합법 제44조(「민법」ㆍ「상법」의 준용)

조합의 임원에 관하여는 「민법」 제35조, 제63조와 「상법」 제382조제2항, 제385조제2항ㆍ제3항, 제386조제1항, 제402조부터 제408조까지의 규정을 준용한다. 이 경우 「상법」 제385조제2항 중 "발행주식의 총수의 100분의 3 이상에 해당하는 주식을 가진 주주" 또는 같은 법 제402조 및 제403조제1항 중 "발행주식의 총수의 100분의 1 이상에 해당하는 주식을 가진 주주"는 각각 "조합원 300인 또는 100분의 5 이상의 동의를 받은 조합원"으로 본다.
