산림조합법 제40조의3(조합선거관리위원회의 구성ㆍ운영 등)

① 조합은 임원선거를 공정하게 관리하기 위하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 조합선거관리위원회를 구성ㆍ운영한다.

② 조합은 제35조제4항제1호 및 제2호에 따라 선출하는 조합장선거의 관리에 대하여는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 주된 사무소의 소재지를 관할하는 「선거관리위원회법」에 따른 구ㆍ시ㆍ군선거관리위원회(이하 "구ㆍ시ㆍ군선거관리위원회"라 한다)에 위탁하여야 한다. <개정 2020.3.24>
