산림조합법 제19조(준조합원)

① 조합은 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 조합의 사업을 이용함이 적당하다고 인정되는 자를 준조합원으로 할 수 있다. <개정 2018.2.21>

② 조합은 준조합원에 대하여 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 가입금 및 경비를 부담하게 할 수 있다.

③ 준조합원은 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 조합의 사업을 이용할 권리를 가진다.
