산림조합법 제20조(조합원의 출자 및 책임)

① 조합원은 정관으로 정하는 계좌 수 이상을 출자하여야 한다. <개정 2020.3.24>

④ 조합원의 출자액은 질권(質權)의 목적이 될 수 없다.

⑤ 조합원은 출자액의 납입에 있어서 조합에 대한 채권과 상계(相計)할 수 없다.

⑥ 조합원의 책임은 그 출자액을 한도로 한다.

⑦ 조합원은 조합의 운영과정에 성실히 참여하여야 하며, 생산한 임산물을 조합을 통하여 출하하는 등 조합의 사업을 성실히 이용하여야 한다.
