산림조합법 제129조(수수료 등)

① 정부 또는 지방자치단체가 조합ㆍ중앙회에 사업을 지시할 때에는 필요한 실비 및 수수료를 지급할 수 있다.

② 조합 또는 중앙회가 구성원 또는 타인으로부터 사업을 위탁받거나 알선을 할 때에는 실비 및 수수료를 받을 수 있다.

(2) When웬 a어 cooperative코아퍼^r레이티^v브 or오 the^ð더 Federation^f페더^r레이션 is이즈 entrusted엔트^r러스티드 with위^ð드 business비즈니스 by바이 its잇츠 members멤버즈 or오 another어너^ð더 person,퍼슨 or오 brokers브^r로우커즈 it,잇 it잇 may메이 receive^r러시^v브 actual액처월 expenses익스펜시즈 and앤드 fees.^f피즈

③ 조합 또는 중앙회가 구성원(준조합원 및 준회원을 포함한다) 또는 타인에게 조합 또는 중앙회의 사업을 이용하게 하였을 때에는 사용료를 받을 수 있다.
