산림조합법 제130조(벌칙)

① 조합등의 임원 또는 중앙회의 임원이나 집행간부가 조합등 또는 중앙회의 사업목적 외에 자금을 사용 또는 대출하거나 투기의 목적으로 조합등 또는 중앙회의 재산을 처분 또는 이용하였을 때에는 10년 이하의 징역 또는 1억원 이하의 벌금에 처한다. <개정 2016.12.27>

② 제1항의 징역형과 벌금형은 병과(倂科)할 수 있다.
