산림조합법 제101조(회장의 직무)

① 회장은 중앙회를 대표한다. 다만, 제102조제1항에 따라 사업대표이사가 대표하는 업무에 대하여는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2020.3.24>

② 회장은 총회ㆍ대의원회 및 이사회의 의장이 된다.

③ 회장은 다음 각 호의 업무를 처리하되, 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 제1호ㆍ제4호ㆍ제5호 및 제8호의 업무는 제100조에 따른 사업대표이사에게, 제2호 및 제6호의 업무는 제118조에 따른 조합감사위원회의 위원장에게 위임하여 전결처리하게 하여야 한다. <개정 2020.3.24>

④ 회장이 궐위ㆍ구금되거나 「의료법」에 따른 의료기관에 30일 이상 계속하여 입원한 경우 등의 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 사업대표이사가 회장의 직무를 대행한다. <개정 2020.3.24>
