Act on the Creation and Management of Forest Resources, Article 65-2 (Restriction on Financial Support)

산림청장, 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자의 산림사업에 대해서는 제64조에 따른 자금지원의 대상에서 제외할 수 있다. <개정 2016.1.28>
