산림자원의 조성 및 관리에 관한 법률 제32조(산림자원의 조사)

① 산림청장은 농림축산식품부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 산림자원을 정기적으로 조사하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2014.3.11>

② 산림청장은 제1항에 따른 조사의 결과를 공표하여야 한다.

(2) The^ð더 Commissioner커미셔너 of어^v브 the^ð더 Korea코^r리아 Forest^f포^r리스트 Service서^v비스 shall섈 publish퍼블리시 the^ð더 results^r리절츠 of어^v브 the^ð더 survey서^v베이 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1).

③ 제1항에 따른 조사를 하는 자는 조사에 필요한 경우에는 타인의 산림이나 토지에 출입할 수 있다. 이 경우 타인의 산림이나 토지에 출입하려는 자는 그 권한을 표시하는 증표를 지니고 이를 해당 산림이나 토지의 소유자 또는 점유자에게 내보여야 한다. <개정 2014.3.11>

④ 제3항에 따라 타인의 산림이나 토지에 출입하려는 경우에는 출입할 날의 3일 전까지 그 뜻을 해당 산림이나 토지의 소유자 또는 점유자에게 통지하여야 한다. <신설 2014.3.11>

⑤ 산림청장은 제1항에 따른 조사의 정확도와 효율성을 높이기 위하여 산림의 소유자 또는 점유자의 동의를 받아 산림에 필요한 표지(標識)를 설치할 수 있다. <개정 2014.3.11>
