산림자원의 조성 및 관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제48조의9(산림복원의 재료 등)

① 산림청장 및 지방자치단체의 장은 법 제42조의9제1항에 따라 다음 각 호의 기준에 따른 자생식물 및 자연재료를 사용하여 산림복원사업을 시행해야 한다.

② 산림청장 및 지방자치단체의 장은 제1항 각 호에 따른 자생식물 또는 자연재료의 공급이 어려운 경우에는 산림복원 분야의 연구기관 또는 법 제42조의11제1항에 따른 산림복원지원센터(이하 "지원센터"라 한다) 등 산림복원 전문기관에 자문하여 다른 식물 또는 재료로 대체할 수 있다.

③ 제1항 및 제2항에서 규정한 사항 외에 자생식물 및 자연재료의 공급 등에 관한 세부적인 사항은 산림청장이 정하여 고시한다.
