산림자원의 조성 및 관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제34조(협약의 체결)

① 산림청장은 제33조제2항에 따라 선정된 공동연구개발기관과 「국가연구개발혁신법」 제11조제1항에 따른 협약을 체결해야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 협약으로 연구개발비를 지급받은 공동연구개발기관의 장은 「국가연구개발혁신법 시행령」 제25조에 따라 연구개발비의 사용내역을 산림청장에게 보고해야 하고, 같은 영 제26조에 따라 연구개발비 사용실적보고서를 산림청장에게 제출해야 한다.
