산림자원의 조성 및 관리에 관한 법률 시행규칙 제55조의2(자생식물 종자의 인증 및 인증표시 등)

① 법 제42조의14제1항에 따른 품질인증(이하 "인증"이라 한다)을 받으려는 자는 별지 제61호서식의 신청서에 자생식물 종자의 이력(채취 장소 및 생산자를 포함한다) 현황에 관한 서류(재배 포지의 경우에만 해당한다)를 첨부하여 국립산림품종관리센터장 또는 국립수목원장에게 제출해야 한다.

② 국립산림품종관리센터장 또는 국립수목원장은 제1항에 따라 자생식물 종자의 인증 신청을 받은 경우에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 심사해야 한다.

(2) Upon어판 receipt^r리싯 of어^v브 an앤 application애플러케이션 for^f포 certification서터^f퍼케이션 of어^v브 native네이티^v브 plant플랜트 seeds시즈 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1), the^ð더 Director더^r렉터 of어^v브 the^ð더 National내셔늘 Forest^f포^r리스트 Seed시드 and앤드 Variety^v버^r라이어티 Center센터 or오 the^ð더 Director더^r렉터 of어^v브 the^ð더 Korea코^r리아 National내셔늘 Arboretum아버^r리텀 shall섈 examine이그재민 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 matters:매터즈

③ 국립산림품종관리센터장 또는 국립수목원장은 심사가 완료되면 지체 없이 그 결과를 별지 제62호서식의 통지서에 따라 신청인에게 알려주어야 한다.

(3) When웬 the^ð디 examination이그재머네이션 is이즈 completed,컴플리티드 the^ð더 Director더^r렉터 of어^v브 the^ð더 National내셔늘 Forest^f포^r리스트 Seed시드 and앤드 Variety^v버^r라이어티 Center센터 or오 the^ð더 Director더^r렉터 of어^v브 the^ð더 Korea코^r리아 National내셔늘 Arboretum아버^r리텀 shall섈 notify노우터^f파이 the^ð디 applicant애플리컨트 of어^v브 the^ð더 results^r리절츠 without위^ð다웃 delay딜레이 by바이 a어 notice노우티스 in인 Form^f폼 No.노우 62.

④ 인증의 유효기간은 5년 이내의 범위에서 자생식물 종자 특성 등을 고려하여 국립산림품종관리센터장 또는 국립수목원장이 정하여 고시한다.

⑤ 법 제42조의14제3항에 따른 인증표시 방법은 별표 17과 같다.
