Enforcement Rule of the Act on the Creation and Management of Forest Resources, Article 10 (Reports on Implementation of Forestry Projects Involving Felling of Standing Trees)

①법 제14조제3항에 따라 법 제36조에 따른 입목벌채등(이하 "입목벌채등"이라 한다)을 수반하는 산림사업을 하려는 자는 별지 제3호서식의 신고서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 산림사업 착수 5일 전까지 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 신고하여야 한다. 다만, 독림가 또는 임업후계자가 직접 신고하거나 임도를 설치하려는 경우에는 제1호 및 제2호의 서류를 제출하지 아니한다. <개정 2008.6.20, 2011.1.5, 2012.12.24, 2014.9.25, 2017.12.11, 2018.12.27, 2019.9.24>
