산림보호법 제21조의4(나무의사 등의 자격 취득)

① 나무의사가 되려는 사람은 제21조의7에 따른 나무의사 양성기관에서 교육을 이수한 후 산림청장이 시행하는 나무의사 자격시험에 합격하여야 한다.

② 나무의사 자격시험의 응시자격, 시험과목 등 시험에 필요한 세부적인 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.

③ 수목치료기술자가 되려는 사람은 제21조의7에 따른 수목치료기술자 양성기관에서 교육을 이수하여야 한다.

(3) A어 person퍼슨 who후 intends인텐즈 to투 become비컴 a어 tree트^r리 treatment트^r릿먼트 technician텍니션 shall섈 complete컴플릿 education에저케이션 at앳 a어 tree트^r리 treatment트^r릿먼트 technician텍니션 training트^r레이닝 institution인스티투션 under언더 Article아터클 21-7.

④ 나무의사 및 수목치료기술자(이하 "나무의사 등"이라 한다)는 동시에 두 개 이상의 나무병원에 취업하여서는 아니 된다.

(4) Tree트^r리 doctors닥터즈 and앤드 tree트^r리 treatment트^r릿먼트 technicians텍니션즈 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 "tree트^r리 doctors,닥터즈 etc.")엣세터^r러 shall섈 not낫 be비 employed엠플로이드 at앳 two투 or오 more모 tree트^r리 hospitals하스피틀즈 at앳 the^ð더 same세임 time.타임

⑤ 이 법에 따른 나무의사 등의 자격을 보유한 자가 아니면 나무의사 등의 명칭이나 이와 유사한 명칭을 사용하지 못한다.

⑥ 나무의사 등의 자격증 발급 신청서 접수일을 기준으로 제21조의5의 결격사유에 해당하는 사람은 해당 자격을 취득할 수 없다. <신설 2019.1.8>
