산림보호법 제21조의11(한국나무의사협회)

Forest Protection Act, Article 21-11 (Korea Tree Doctors Association)

① 나무의사는 나무의사의 복리 증진과 수목진료기술의 발전을 위하여 산림청장의 인가를 받아 한국나무의사협회(이하 이 조에서 "협회"라 한다)를 설립할 수 있다.

② 협회는 법인으로 한다.

(2) The^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 shall섈 be비 a어 juristic주어^r리스틱 person.퍼슨

③ 협회 회원의 자격과 임원에 관한 사항 등은 정관으로 정하며, 그 밖에 정관에 포함되어야 할 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다. <개정 2024.12.3>

④ 협회는 다음 각 호의 업무를 수행한다. <신설 2024.12.3>

1. 수목진료에 관한 교육ㆍ훈련

2. 수목진료에 관한 연구ㆍ조사

2. Research^r리서치 and앤드 surveys서^v베이즈 on안 tree트^r리 treatment;트^r릿먼트

3. 수목진료기술의 진흥 및 정보 교류

3. Promotion프^r러모우션 of어^v브 tree트^r리 treatment트^r릿먼트 technology텍날러지 and앤드 exchange익스체인지 of어^v브 information;인^f퍼메이션

4. 협회 회원의 수목진료 업무 지도 및 관리

5. 협회 회원의 현황 관리 및 경력증명서 발급

7. 그 밖에 협회의 설립목적을 달성하기 위하여 정관으로 정하는 업무

⑤ 협회에 관하여 이 법에서 규정한 사항을 제외하고는 「민법」 중 사단법인에 관한 규정을 준용한다. <개정 2024.12.3>
