산림보호법 제13조의5(보호수 심의위원회)

Forest Protection Act, Article 13-5 (Protected Tree Deliberation Committee)

① 시ㆍ도지사 또는 지방산림청장은 보호수의 지정ㆍ지정해제 및 이전 등에 관한 업무의 전문성을 제고하기 위하여 보호수 심의위원회를 둘 수 있다.

② 보호수 심의위원회는 다음 각 호의 사항을 심의한다.
