산림기본법 제9조(국제협력 및 통일대비 정책)

① 국가 및 지방자치단체는 지구의 산림 보전을 위한 국제협력을 강화하고 통일에 대비하기 위하여 필요한 산림에 관한 시책을 수립하고 시행하기 위하여 노력하여야 한다. <개정 2019.12.3>
