사회복지사업법 제27조(남은 재산의 처리)

① 해산한 법인의 남은 재산은 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 국가 또는 지방자치단체에 귀속된다.

② 제1항에 따라 국가 또는 지방자치단체에 귀속된 재산은 사회복지사업에 사용하거나 유사한 목적을 가진 법인에 무상으로 대여하거나 무상으로 사용ㆍ수익하게 할 수 있다. 다만, 해산한 법인의 이사 본인 및 그와 대통령령으로 정하는 특별한 관계에 있는 사람이 이사로 있는 법인에 대하여는 그러하지 아니하다.
