Enforcement Decree of the Social Welfare Services Act, Article 24-3 (Scope of Duties and Authority of Persons Commissioned)

① 법 제51조제7항에 따른 촉탁받은 자의 업무범위와 권한은 다음 각 호와 같다. <개정 2019.6.11>

② 제1항에 따른 업무를 촉탁받은 자는 관계 공무원과 동행하여 사회복지법인의 사무소 또는 사회복지시설에 출입할 수 있다. 이 경우 그 권한을 표시하는 증표를 지니고 이를 관계인에게 보여주어야 한다.
