사회복지사업법 시행규칙 제27조(시설의 서비스 최저기준)

Enforcement Rule of the Social Welfare Services Act, Article 27 (Minimum Service Standards for Facilities)

① 법 제43조제1항에 따른 서비스 최저기준에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 서비스 최저기준 대상시설의 범위는 다음 각 호와 같다. 다만, 시설의 규모, 제공하는 서비스의 특성, 이용자 수 등을 고려하여 보건복지부장관이 정하는 시설은 제외한다.
