사회복지공동모금회법 제14조(지회)

① 모금회에 지역단위의 사회복지공동모금사업을 관장하기 위하여 특별시ㆍ광역시ㆍ특별자치시ㆍ도ㆍ특별자치도(이하 "시ㆍ도"라 한다) 단위 사회복지공동모금지회(이하 "지회"라 한다)를 둔다.

(1) To투 oversee오우^v버시 regional-level^r리저늘-레^v블 social소우실 welfare웰^f페어 community커뮤너티 chest체스트 projects,프^r라젝츠 the^ð더 Chest체스트 shall섈 have해^v브 social소우실 welfare웰^f페어 community커뮤너티 chest체스트 branches브^r랜치즈 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 "branches")브^r랜치즈 at앳 the^ð더 level레^v블 of어^v브 Special스페실 Metropolitan메트^r러팔러튼 City,시티 Metropolitan메트^r러팔러튼 City,시티 Special스페실 Self-Governing셀^f프-거^v버닝 City,시티 Do,두 and앤드 Special스페실 Self-Governing셀^f프-거^v버닝 Province프^r라^v븐스 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 "Si/Do").시

② 지회에는 지회장을 두고 모금회에 준하는 필요한 조직을 둘 수 있다.

(2) A어 branch브^r랜치 shall섈 have해^v브 a어 branch브^r랜치 head헤드 and앤드 may메이 have해^v브 necessary네서세^r리 organizations오거너제이션즈 equivalent이퀴^v벌런트 to투 those^ð도우즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Chest.체스트

③ 지회장은 이사회의 의결을 거쳐 회장이 임명한다.

(3) The^ð더 branch브^r랜치 head헤드 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 after애^f프터 a어 resolution^r레절루션 of어^v브 the^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors.더^r렉터즈

④ 지회의 구성 및 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 모금회의 정관으로 정한다.

(4) Matters매터즈 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 the^ð더 composition캄퍼지션 and앤드 operation아퍼^r레이션 of어^v브 branches브^r랜치즈 shall섈 be비 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 the^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 incorporation인코퍼^r레이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 Chest.체스트
