Act on the Use and Provision of Social Security Benefits and the Identification of Persons Entitled to Benefits, Article 55 (Administrative Fines)

① 제7조제1항에 따른 조사범위를 초과하여 개인정보를 수집한 자에게는 5천만원 이하의 과태료를 부과한다.
