Act on the Use and Provision of Social Security Benefits and the Identification of Persons Entitled to Benefits, Article 23 (Processing, etc. of Social Security Information)

① 보건복지부장관은 보장기관이 수급권자의 선정 및 급여관리 등에 관한 업무를 효율적으로 수행할 수 있도록 사회보장정보시스템을 통하여 다음 각 호에 해당하는 자료 또는 정보(이하 "사회보장정보"라 한다)를 처리할 수 있다. <개정 2017.3.21>

② 보건복지부장관은 사회보장정보를 처리하기 위하여 관계 중앙행정기관, 지방자치단체, 관계 기관ㆍ법인ㆍ단체ㆍ시설의 장에게 필요한 자료 또는 정보를 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 관계 중앙행정기관의 장 등은 정당한 사유가 없으면 그 요청에 따라야 한다.
