사회보장급여의 이용ㆍ제공 및 수급권자 발굴에 관한 법률 제20조(수급자의 변동신고)

주기적으로 또는 기간을 정하여 사회보장급여를 제공받는 수급자는 거주지, 세대원, 소득ㆍ재산 상태, 근로능력, 다른 급여의 수급이력 등 제7조제1항 각 호의 사항이 변동되었을 때에는 지체 없이 관할 보장기관의 장에게 신고하여야 한다.
