사회기반시설에 대한 민간투자법 제6조(심의위원회의 구성ㆍ운영)

① 심의위원회는 기획예산처장관 및 사회기반시설의 업무를 관장하는 행정각부의 차관과 기획예산처장관이 위촉하는 8명 이내의 민간투자에 관한 학식과 경험이 있는 민간위원으로 구성한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

③ 심의위원회의 위원장은 심의위원회의 효율적인 운영을 위하여 전문적ㆍ기술적인 분야에 관한 자문이 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 관계 전문가로 구성되는 민간투자사업자문위원단을 구성ㆍ운영할 수 있다.

④ 주무관청의 장은 민간투자사업의 원활한 시행을 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 민간투자사업에 관한 사항을 심의하는 주무관청별 심의위원회를 자체적으로 구성ㆍ운영할 수 있다.

⑤ 심의위원회와 주무관청별 심의위원회의 운영ㆍ절차, 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
