사행행위 등 규제 및 처벌 특례법 제12조의2(영업자의 사행기구 검사)

① 사행기구를 이용하여 영업을 하는 영업자는 행정안전부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 그 사행기구가 제14조제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 규격 및 기준에 맞는지 경찰청장의 검사를 받아야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>
