사행행위 등 규제 및 처벌 특례법 시행령 제5조(조건부 영업허가기간등)

①법 제8조제1항의 규정에 의한 조건부 영업허가의 기간은 그 허가를 받은 날부터 2월이내로 한다. 다만, 부득이한 사정이 있다고 인정되는 경우에는 1회에 한하여 2월을 넘지 아니하는 범위내에서 그 기간을 연장할 수 있다.

②법 제8조제1항의 규정에 의한 조건부 영업허가를 받은 자는 제1항의 기간내에 그 허가에 필요한 시설 및 설비를 갖춘 때에는 행정안전부령이 정하는 바에 의하여 경찰청장 또는 시ㆍ도경찰청장(이하 "허가관청"이라 한다)에게 신고하여야 한다. <개정 1999.4.30, 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26, 2020.12.31>
