사행행위 등 규제 및 처벌 특례법 시행규칙 제22조(사행기구 제조ㆍ판매업자의 준수사항)

①영 제13조제1호 나목 및 제2호 나목의 규정에 의한 사행기구의 변조사실 발견보고는 별지 제19호서식에 의하여 지체없이 하여야 한다.
