사방사업법 제6조의2(사방댐의 유지ㆍ관리 등을 위한 데이터베이스의 구축 등)

① 산림청장은 사방댐의 체계적인 유지ㆍ관리와 안전점검을 위하여 사방댐의 시공연도, 규격 및 안전점검의 여부 등이 포함된 데이터베이스(이하 "데이터베이스"라 한다)를 구축ㆍ운영할 수 있다.

② 산림청장은 관계 행정기관의 장 또는 시ㆍ도지사에게 데이터베이스의 구축ㆍ운영에 필요한 자료의 제출을 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 자료제출을 요청받은 관계 행정기관의 장 또는 시ㆍ도지사는 특별한 사유가 없으면 이에 따라야 한다.

③ 산림청장은 데이터베이스의 효율적인 구축ㆍ운영을 위하여 필요한 경우 데이터베이스의 구축ㆍ운영을 전문기관에 위탁할 수 있다.

④ 데이터베이스의 구축ㆍ운영 및 제3항에 따른 위탁에 필요한 사항은 농림축산식품부령으로 정한다.
