사립학교교직원 연금법 제57조(학교경영기관의 장의 확인)

① 학교경영기관의 장은 이 법에 따른 급여 사유의 발생, 개인부담금의 납부, 재직기간의 계산에 필요한 이력사항과 그 밖에 교직원이거나 교직원이었던 사람의 신분에 관한 사항을 조사 확인하여야 한다.

② 학교경영기관의 장은 제1항에 따른 확인 사무를 집행하기 위하여 필요하면 교직원이거나 교직원이었던 사람, 그 밖의 관계인에게 자료의 제출 또는 의견진술을 요구할 수 있다.
