사립학교교직원 연금법 제45조(개인부담금의 납부)

① 개인부담금은 해당 학교기관의 장이 매월 보수에서 징수하여 보수지급일부터 3일 이내에 공단에 내야 한다.

② 교직원이 보수의 전부를 지급받지 못할 사유로 보수를 받지 못하는 달에는 개인부담금을 보수 지급일부터 2일 이내에 해당 학교기관의 장에게 내야 한다. 다만, 교직원이 휴직한 경우에는 교직원의 선택에 따라 다음 각 호중 어느 하나의 방법으로 납부하여야 한다. <개정 2013.5.22>

③ 학교기관의 장은 제2항에 따라 개인부담금을 받으면 지체 없이 공단에 내야 한다.
