사립학교교직원 연금법 제20조(업무의 위탁)

① 공단은 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 개인부담금, 법인부담금, 재해보상부담금 및 그 밖의 수입금의 수납에 관한 업무와 급여 및 그 밖의 지출금의 지급, 교직원 후생복지사업을 위한 업무를 체신관서, 지방자치단체, 금융기관 또는 「공공기관의 운영에 관한 법률」 제5조에 따른 공기업, 그 밖의 자에게 위탁할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 업무의 위탁에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
