Act on the Collection and Compilation of Historical Materials and the Dissemination of Korean History, Article 9 (Grounds for Disqualification of Members)

① 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자는 위원의 직을 겸할 수 없다.

② 제1항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하게 된 때에는 당연히 퇴직한다.
