사료관리법 제8조의2(제조업 등록의 제한)

1. 제25조제1항에 따라 제조업의 등록이 취소된 후 2년이 지나지 아니한 자(법인인 경우 그 대표자를 포함한다)가 제조업을 등록하려는 경우

2. 제25조제1항에 따른 제조업의 영업정지 처분을 받고 그 정지 기간이 지나지 아니한 자(법인인 경우 그 대표자를 포함한다)가 제조업을 등록하고자 하는 경우

3. 등록을 하려는 자(법인인 경우 그 대표자를 포함한다)가 이 법을 위반하여 금고 이상의 실형을 선고받고 집행이 끝나거나 그 집행이 면제된 날부터 2년이 지나지 아니한 경우

4. 등록을 하려는 자(법인인 경우 그 대표자를 포함한다)가 이 법을 위반하여 금고 이상의 형의 집행유예를 선고받고 그 유예기간 중에 있는 경우

5. 등록을 하려는 자(법인인 경우 그 대표자를 포함한다)가 이 법을 위반하여 벌금형을 선고받고 그 형이 확정된 날부터 2년이 지나지 아니한 경우
