사도법 시행령 제3조(사용검사 전 사도의 사용)

법 제6조제2항 단서에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 경우"란 통행상 안전조치 등을 포함한 사용검사 전 사도의 사용계획을 제출하고, 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장(이하 "시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장"이라 한다)이 그 사용계획을 검토한 후 일반인의 통행에 위험이 없다고 인정한 경우를 말한다.
