사격 및 사격장 안전관리에 관한 법률 제10조(완성검사 등)

① 사격장설치자는 사격장 설치허가 또는 사격장의 주요 구조설비의 변경허가를 받은 날부터 1년 이내에 그 시설이나 설비에 대하여 행정안전부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 허가관청의 검사를 받아야 하고, 그 검사에 합격하기 전에는 업무를 시작하거나 시설ㆍ설비를 사용할 수 없다. 다만, 부득이한 사유가 있는 경우에는 1년을 초과하지 아니하는 범위에서 그 기간을 연장할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>

② 사격장설치자는 제1항에 따른 완성검사에 합격한 후 6개월 이내에 영업을 시작하여야 한다. 다만, 부득이한 사유가 있는 경우에는 6개월을 초과하지 아니하는 범위에서 그 기간을 연장할 수 있다.
