Enforcement Decree of the Act on Shooting and Safety Management of Shooting Ranges, Article 4 (Application for Permission to Install a Shooting Range)

① 법 제6조에 따라 사격장의 설치허가를 받으려는 자는 행정안전부령으로 정하는 설치허가 신청서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 사격장 설치 장소를 관할하는 시ㆍ도경찰청장에게 제출하여야 한다. 다만, 공기총사격장 또는 석궁사격장의 설치허가를 받으려는 자는 사격장 설치 장소를 관할하는 경찰서장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26, 2020.12.31>

② 제1항에 따라 신청을 받은 시ㆍ도경찰청장 또는 경찰서장(이하 "허가관청"이라 한다)은 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 사격장으로 사용할 부지 또는 건물의 토지등기부 등본 또는 건물등기부 등본을 확인하여야 한다. <개정 2020.12.31>

③ 제1항제4호의 사격장 관리규정에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다.
