Act on Promotion and Advancement of Root Industries, Article 23 (Cancellation of Designation of Professional Personnel Training Institutions for Root Industries, etc.)

① 산업통상부장관은 제10조제1항에 따른 뿌리산업 전문인력 양성기관, 제15조제1항에 따른 뿌리기술 전문기업, 제16조에 따른 뿌리기업 명가, 제16조의2에 따른 일하기 좋은 뿌리기업 및 제22조제1항에 따른 진흥센터가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 그 지정 또는 선정을 취소할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2021.6.15, 2025.10.1>

② 산업통상부장관은 제1항에 따라 지정 또는 선정을 취소하는 경우에는 청문을 하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>

③ 제1항에 따른 지정 또는 선정 취소의 구체적인 기준은 대통령령으로 정한다.
